Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reports On Housing products, services, and content (collectively, the “Service”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription and Billing
By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee associated with your selected subscription plan. Charges will be billed automatically each month to the payment method provided, on the same calendar day each month. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
2. Recurring Payments
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4. You authorize us to continue billing your payment method until cancellation.
3. Access and Use
Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for the duration of the billing period. Access is personal and may not be shared.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
5. Payment Issues and Disputes
If a payment cannot be processed, access may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.
You agree to contact us first at Office@ReportsOnHousing.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
All billing disputes must be submitted within 10 days of the charge date. After this period, charges are considered final.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and you agree to reimburse us for any fees incurred as a result of such disputes, including payment processor fees, administrative costs, and collection expenses, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes to Pricing or Terms
We may update pricing or Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Coupon Use Policy
Coupons, promotional codes, and discounts are limited to personal use only and may be redeemed a maximum of three (3) times unless otherwise stated. Abuse may result in account suspension or cancellation.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including reports, data, graphics, branding, and materials provided through the Service (“Content”), is the exclusive property of Reports On Housing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from the Content without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
9. Permitted Use and Sharing Restrictions
The Service is intended for individual professional use only. The following restrictions apply:
- Distribution of reports to colleagues or professionals within the real estate industry is strictly prohibited, including teams of more than two individuals.
- Distribution on social media platforms, websites, blogs, or other public channels is prohibited, except for the following approved links provided within each report:
- Social media content link
- Marketing infographic link
- Excerpt link
- Text-6 link (summary information)
- Title representatives and lenders are strictly prohibited from sharing report information with their client base.
Permitted uses include farming, marketing to buyers and sellers, newsletters, and communication with your sphere of influence.
For any use not expressly permitted, you must obtain written approval by contacting: reports@reportsonhousing.com.
10. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to others
- Reproduce or distribute Content in violation of these Terms
- Use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our data collection and usage practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
12. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Authorize.net. By providing your payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method in accordance with these Terms.
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it up to date. Failure to do so may result in service interruption.
We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Payment processing is subject to Authorize.net’s terms and security standards.
13. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
The Service provides digital content only. No physical goods are shipped.
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided except where required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reports On Housing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
15. Disclaimer
The Content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or investment advice. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding completeness or reliability.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise required by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue shall be in Orange County, California.
