Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 24, 2027
Reports On Housing provides digital subscription-based content. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following refund terms:
1. No Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has been charged, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any unused time, cancellations, or failure to use the Service.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that time.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors caused by our system
All refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the charge date by contacting Office@ReportsOnHousing.com.
4. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and additional fees, to the extent permitted by law.
